With the FY 2020 budget process set to begin next month, early outreach to the eight new U.S. Senators and at least 89 new U.S. Representatives is critical. The vast majority of these freshman offices will likely not be familiar to Job Corps. The first step in this process is for centers to welcome their new members of Congress and invite them to visit to learn more. To that end, template welcome letters were sent out to centers via the NJCA Star Program earlier this fall.
