About Event
Overview
- Multipart training series focused on student retention and built around Job Corps departments
- Each session will be 75 minutes in length and hosted by the NJCA on Teams
- 20-25 minutes of training/best practices led by staff
- 30 minutes of breakout discussion
- 15-20 minutes of sharing/report out
- Platform for ALL staff to share best practices, lessons learned, challenges, etc.
This session is intended for all CTT and training staff.
